do it or don't, but don't bitch about it either way (especially given that you've now said you don't want to do it). may sound sort of heartless, but I've said it before and I'll say it again--I don't want anyone in the band who doesn't want to be there because they're not going to be giving it as much energy as they should. personally, I love hanging out with you on band trips and whatnot (and it could be that you've just forgotten how much fun it is, I did the same thing last year) but I don't think you should ever do stuff you don't want to do.
