Lol we definitely have brainwaves going on with pretty much every episode. Eric is somehow so cute when he doesn't know shit.

I find Ginger absolutely hilarious. Annoying, but funny. Like every time she's on screen I just wait for the hysterical wailing and shrieking to start, and then every other person just kind of rolls their eyes and waits for her to leave.

I feel like they keep giving Tommy chances to be a good person, but he just has no idea how to take them because he wasn't raised to think of other people. So he has a great idea that would hurt someone else, and Sam calls him on it, and then he throws a tantrum.

Have you seen http://babyvamp-jessica.com ? It's put on by HBO and is supposed to be Jessica's vlog. HBO is doing really really well with the cross-platform marketing and tie-ins. (although lol the people who comment on them)

i just love how he's all :D and sort of...innocent? naive? idk, i feel like he's very close to his human self right now, since he essentially went back to being newly turned, so he doesn't have this 1000 years of cynicism and politics weighing him down. which is really interesting to me! i like to see him being relatable and open like this since he's normally so closed-off. GOD I HAVE SO MANY CAPITAL-F FEELINGS ABOUT ERIC.

He's really naive/innocent/polite ("ooo, sorry :D") but I think it makes his power displays really raw/animalistic because he also doesn't cover that up with charm or grace, so it gets scarier fast (not letting snookeh [new nickname y/y] leave, etc) because you just have no idea what he'll actually do. It seems from flashbacks that he was quite a badass when he was turned already, but he's definitely much more vulnerable and human (which we have both established is great). I HAVE LOTS OF FEELINGS ABOUT THIS TOO IT'S OKAY. Also lots of parenthesis.

I'm really disappointed with the marketing for this episode, apparently they're saying that Jason and Crystal "consummated their relationship" or had rough sex and shit like that. And said that he had it coming because of his sexual history :|||||||||. So much wrong with that in the first place, but it would also simply be better TV if they let things like this be creepy and wrong and disturbing instead of just brushing it off. Let good people be morally messed up. /rant

that's a really good point! like he doesn't know how to control himself any more, and he especially isn't fully aware of his strength. i'm really interested to see how his and snookeh's relationship will develop, because i feel like her getting this insight into his "true" personality really will change things between them. because when he does get his memory back, i assume he'll remember everything that happened and will remember being vulnerable with her in the same way that they are in their dreams AND THEN HOPEFULLY THEY'LL BANG, GOD HBO JUST GIVE ME THIS ONE THING

i haven't seen it but uuuuugh how gross :|| especially given that jason's sexual relationships were always portrayed as entirely consensual and (mostly) positive - if he'd raped someone before i would be admittedly less sympathetic, but as it is i'm just worried for him. i feel like he's going to end up a) dead/severely injured, b) with ptsd, and/or c) with stockholm syndrome, and i hate it because he really is a good guy :( for all his stupidity and cluelessness, he's actually a very positive character and i hate how he always ends up in horrible situations. idk i just want to hug him to my bosom :(

I REALLY HOPE IT IS

To be honest, I could take it or leave it. I would love to see more time spent on Jesus/Lafayette, or Tara/can't remember the girlfriend's name because she's only showed up ONCE, or Pam. At first the plots were Sookie/Bill, Mysterious Murderer, Tara and her mom. And then everyone at Merlotte's got a storyline completely separate from everyone else's, and now Bill gets another separate one, and seasons are only 12 episodes, and bitch bitch bitch. At least when it's a love triangle, all their stories happen at the same time! ;)
