so I get on the board today at ~3:15ish after a day of having eaten nothing but a croissant, a Pria bar, and a Sweet & Salty NatureValley thing (I woke up late, so I didn't have my normal breakfast and I never bring a lunch), and it tells me I've lost like 3.5 lbs. (so I'm ~122 lbs. with a BMI of ~18.5). I'm like okay, weird, but you know, it's probably just the no food thing. and I set my goal to -3 lbs (17.94 BMI) because I just want to see if I can do it.
so I have two slices of pizza and two or three big glasses of water as I'm working out, which I do for about an hour and burn about 190 cals. then at the end of all this I decide to weigh myself again and get a more realistic measurement. when I start it, it tells me that my weight is different from last time, but I figure it's because I've gained back a pound or something.
instead, it tells me my weight is 115.5 lbs, for a BMI of 17.51.
